Welcome to the Badger Association

The Badger Association is a nonprofit organization that provides a full-spectrum of services for people with changing vision. We help people at all stages of visual impairment achieve their highest level of self-sufficiency. We offer vision rehabilitation, residential options, support services, and recreational opportunities.

We also have a retail store, the Outlook Shoppe, that sells adaptive vision products. We have been serving Southeastern Wisconsin for over 90 years as your vision resource center.

Macular Degeneration, Glaucoma, and Diabetic Retinopathy are some of the common eye diseases that we encounter on a daily basis. If you or a family member need help reading the newspaper, signing checks or finding the right magnifier, the Badger Association’s Low Vision Services is here to help.

For people seeking skills to join the workforce or to maintain full independence, the Badger Association offers Vision Rehabilitation Services designed to meet each individual’s needs. Changing vision does not have to mean a diminished quality of life.
