Shipping Policy

• All standard packages are shipped via the United States Post Office.
• Standard delivery time is between 3 and 7 working days.
• Express or over night shipping is available upon request. Please contact us for exact charges.

Return Policy

If any product in your order does not meet your expectations, it may be returned within 14 days. Refunds are issued for the total of your items not including any shipping charges. Any shipping charges to return the items are the responsibility of the customer. To receive a refund, all items must be in resalable condition and in their original box with all accessories and paperwork. Due to health Department regulations, we can not issue any refunds for items that are used on the body, such as blood monitoring systems, eye care items, and thermometers.
