Events

The Badger Association coordinates group outings to allow people with vision loss to try something new and meet new people. To sign up for the following events, please contact the receptionist at 414-258-9200. Payment received confirms that you are registered for the event.

Note: Unless otherwise indicated, payment/registration deadline for each event is no later than one week before the event!

The Life Skills Program hosts Bingo once a month at 6:30 pm. Cost to play is $2, to be used for prizes.

Spring dates: Saturdays, April 11, May 9 & June 13.

Each month the Life Skills program also coordinates dinner out at one of Milwaukee’s popular restaurants. Transportation is available from the Badger Association for $3, departing at 5:00 p.m. Dinner is at 5:30 p.m. Registration deadline is one week prior to each dinner.

Join the West Allis West Lions Club for their annual pancake breakfast! Transportation from the Badger Association provided.

Save the lives of friends, family members, and neighbors by donating your blood.

Volunteers, fishing poles, bait and drinks provided but please dress appropriately and bring containers for any fish you catch.

This hands-on tour offers participants a history of the winery and surrounding buildings as well as a formal wine tasting.

Bring a blanket and enjoy one of downtown Milwaukee’s summer outdoor music festivals. Food and drink available for purchase from park vendors.
